Family sailing
Ideal for parents who would like to learn (or refresh) sailing and navigation but wonder how to combine this with a family holiday with kids on board or have safety concerns. With a little extra patience and adjustment to the needs of the little ones, it is possible – and a great way to spend an enjoyable, adventurous and safe holiday you’ll talk about for years.
While covering the basics of sailing and navigation through short theory and practice lessons, the program is less intense than a regular sailing course. The daily routine is discussed with the family and adjusted to the needs of young crew members. It might mean shorter sailing distances and a more flexible itinerary plan with more swimming and water sports breaks in the beautiful Adriatic bays.
Team-building
Sailing is THE natural team-building activity. To sail successfully, all the crew members must communicate and work together. By doing so, they will develop their communication skills, decision-making, and leadership skills. Sailing will strengthen their team spirit because sailing is inclusive – no one is left on the sidelines.
As opposed to many activities (for example, rock climbing, paintball etc.), sailing allows those who are nervous or shy to be a part of the whole experience. We organize team-building trips to the unique archipelago of the Kornati National Park.
Navigating a park is demanding, allowing us to set excellent team tasks for the crew. The Park’s outstanding beauty and the gourmet experience after a day of sailing are the best rewards for hard-working crews.
